had only 4.5 hrs sleep and had to go for H&B workshop:)
we had brunch had RafflesLink
workshop started at 12.45pm ~ thus we had to finish food fast fast n ran to Osch
things went smoothly at the workshop and i was expecting maybe the FAST moves
but i was WRONG
Jin taught basics routines but with something important!
MOMENTUM=BOUNCES
I learnt that with twirling, u still have to remain the bounces and then do a downlock.
i need to practice more! MORE..
